Wale from Chafford Hundred had purchased an electric vehicle and wanted a charging point that blended into the wall and kept the charging lead hidden from view.
We suggested fitting one made by Andersen as there is the option to choose from many different colours and finishes. The charging lead is also totally hidden from the site when not in use.
We supplied and fitted the type and finish that was requested and ensured that the communication app for controlling the electric charging point was set up and communicated before leaving the site.
Daren from Grays had purchased a Tesla and had a charging point that was supplied along with the car.
The Tesla charging point does not come with an integrated earth disconnection so an ‘O-Pen’ unit or an earth rod needed to be supplied to provide adequate earth protection.
We fitted the charging point with the ‘O-Pen’ unit next to their consumer unit. A supply lead with integrated data cabling was fitted to ‘future proof’ for any subsequent charger upgrade.
