About Us
Electrical Solutions was originally established by Stuart and Barbara but have now retired and strongly recommend WFP Ltd for all your electrical and fire safety needs.
We’ve completed thousands of electrical jobs over the years, both large and small, for commercial clients and homeowners in and around Essex. We regularly work for letting agents and landlords as well, doing electrical repairs and Landlord Certificates (EICRs).
Our team has expanded in recent years and now includes two more electricians.
Skilled & Certified Electricians
We’re NICEIC Approved Contractors. All customers of NICEIC registered contractors are covered by the NICEIC Platinum Promise. This provides assurance to our customers that any work that has not been carried out in compliance with Building Regulations will be rectified. The Platinum Promise lasts for six years from the date of work completion and covers up to a limit of £25,000 for any one installation.
OZEV Approved Installer
As an OZEV Approved Installer we have all the necessary expertise to carry out EV charge point installations for our customers. We can claim any applicable Government grants for these installations on behalf of our customers as well.
Part P Qualified
Homeowners and landlords have a legal responsibility to ensure all electrical work done in or around the home meets Part P of the Building Regulations. This means hiring an electrician who is competent. Our electricians are all Part P registered and qualified, so our customers can rest assured that all the work we do will be completed to a high standard in full compliance with Building Regulations.
Taking on Apprentices
We want to give young people the support and opportunity they need to complete their Electrical Apprenticeship and build a career in Electrical Engineering. Please get in touch if you’re interested in joining our firm on an apprenticeship.
Certifications
WFP takes the organisation, management, Health and Safety and Environmental Awareness of our company very seriously.
These certifications ensure that we are always striving to improve and upgrade in all areas of management and efficiency.
Electrical Solutions considers it to be vital that we dispose of waste correctly and responsibly. We hold a Waste Carrier License and waste is sorted carefully, with as little as possible going to landfill. All metal, copper, cardboard, and WEEE products are passed on to responsible recycling companies. We are also members of The Essex Wildlife Trust who encourage the development of wildlife conservation areas, and the redevelopment waste areas for our enjoyment.
